What stands out most about Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea is their commitment to quality and consistency. It carries the soul of Vietnam—a slow-simmered broth that invites you to savor each sip. Customers particularly appreciate the chicken pho, praised for its delicate flavors that comfort and nourish in equal measure.
The specialty rolls here deserve equal attention. Whether it’s the crunchy summer rolls or the popular tofu rolls paired with a creamy peanut sauce, each bite delivers freshness and balance. The peanut sauce complements the delicate roll without overwhelming it, making these a perfect starter or light meal. The popcorn chicken, while a polarizing dish due to its size, is well fried and flavorful, adding a crispy contrast to the menu’s lighter items.
Furthermore, the drinks at Jazen Tea complement the food perfectly—large, refreshing, and full of flavor, they round out the meal beautifully. The interior adds to the experience with its clean, bright ambiance that feels both cozy and lively, making each visit pleasant whether dining in or ordering to-go.
One unique highlight is their innovative take on Vietnamese staples—like the Banh Mi served with a dipping broth that elevates the sandwich to new heights, offering a playful and indulgent twist on a classic. Additionally, the forthcoming Birria-style Pho hints at their adventurous spirit, blending traditional flavors with creative culinary exploration.
For those seeking authenticity, consistent flavors, and a friendly, clean environment, Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea - Mercado is a gem worth exploring. It’s a place that feels like home but also invites you to discover fresh nuances in Vietnamese cuisine with every visit.
“ This place is really good, very clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. I highly recommend you gotta try them... Their location is also awesome, just next door to a movie theater and many popular stores and restaurants. I rarely go in to sit for dinner but when I do, service, food and taste are great and consistent. Most times, I order to go. Their Pho and rolls are what I usually order. So when you go there and love the food and place like we do, say THANK YOU ARYELLABATEL, Like my post. Be blessed. ”
“ Pretty nice pho and drink restaurant. The drinks look very good and big. The pho came out so fast and there was plenty of meat. The popcorn chicken was good but I wouldn’t order it again because the pieces were small, but it was fried well. The interior of the restaurant is so pretty too! ”
“ We love Pho Hoa! The chicken pho is my favorite my husband loves to be adventurous and will try different dishes everytime. We usually get to-go because its always so packed but, today we dined in at lunch rush hour (our own fault) seems 12-1 is a busy time but, only waited about 15 mins to sit then as soon as we ordered our food came out about 15 min later. You have to share tables which I'm not a fan because I love my alone time with the hubby! But, every one who works here is so sweet and always friendly!! Their pho to me is the top place to go and there is none other. My husband got the Beef and brisket pho regular size I got chicken pho just the right size (its a lot smaller) but still has so much and I can never finish, they have to-go containers so I always take half home for lunch the next day. ”
“ I’ve been here so many times and my must eat are the summer rolls. I love their tofu rolls with the peanut sauce. I could probably eat 100 of them I’d recommend the popcorn chicken too. Last time I tried sweet chili fish plate which was pretty good. It came with side of soup which was the highlight. The flavors were so subtle and rich. Couldn’t stop slurping ”
“ This was my first time trying Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea, and it definitely won’t be my last! It was the perfect kind of day—overcast with scattered showers—and after a long day of lab and lecture, I was craving something warm and comforting. I’m usually skeptical about trying new places, but how will you ever know if you don’t try, right? I was immediately intrigued by their adventurous menu, especially the Seared Steak Garlic Pho. Some reviews online were mixed, but I always prefer to make my own judgment—and I’m so glad I did! The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too oily or overpowering. The steak came in generous, thick slices, and the broth even had slivers of garlic throughout. As a garlic and pho lover, I was sold! I also tried the Vietnamese Coffee, which was the ideal after-meal pick-me-up—smooth, not too sweet, and not too bitter. All in all, this spot hit the mark on both flavor and comfort. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to friends! ”
